Slab Raising/Soil Stabilization

Settled concrete can create “toe kicks” and trip hazards. Settling typically occurs from improperly compacted fill materials. Our polyurethane lifting foam is injected under the concrete through small 3/8” holes. The foam then travels into loose soil and stabilizes the soil. Once the soil is stabilized, the hydraulic pressure that the foam creates through reaction can then lift the concrete back to its level state. The polyurethane foam only needs approximately 30 minutes of cure time before driving on the lifted area is permitted.
